Infinity Organic Ground Ginger
Dried ginger powder has no sugar dust or crystallised sugar coating; instead, raw and premium grade gingers are boiled before being simply dried and crushed and packaged to obtain excellently balanced hot, and spicy ginger powder. Powdered ginger is naturally yellow to brown in colour, and spicy like fresh ginger, fragrant and free of any foreign flavour or odour.
