Preparations: Tea-Half an ounce to 1 pint boiling water, infuse for 15 minutes. Dose- Half 1 cup x3 daily. Capsules- 250mg, 3 capsules at meals , AM and PM.

Side Effects: Non toxic, However avoid in early pregnancy as Mugwort has emmenagogic properties. Avoid large doses. Not for long term use.
